Matt has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years and has worked with all fitness levels and all styles of training. He holds a bachelors degree from Texas State University along with multiple training certifications from NASM. As a former athlete himself, he has extensive knowledge on athletic performance enhancement, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, rehabilitation, and general physique training. He also holds a fitness nutrition specialist certification from NASM. Matt’s specialty is his ability to program workouts for all types of clients that yield results and prevent injury’s. He is passionate about building a training environment that fosters team
building, unity, and support in which every members is encouraged to realize their full potential!
