Coach

> Joseph Nunez is a dedicated personal trainer, lifelong athlete, and military veteran with a passion for helping others build strength, discipline, and confidence. With a fitness journey that began at just 13 years old, Joseph has developed a deep appreciation for the physical and mental benefits of consistent training.

> He is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science with a focus on becoming a fitness instructor, and he holds a Certified Personal Trainer credential. His approach to training is rooted in both education and real-world experience, blending structured programming with accountability and motivation.

> Joseph’s athletic background includes years of playing basketball and baseball starting at age 9, and he continues to challenge himself through running, boxing, and training in no-gi jiu-jitsu. Outside the gym, he enjoys reading and spending time at the shooting range.

> His commitment to discipline and performance is further shaped by an impressive 10-year military career, serving 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and 6 years in the United States Army. During that time, he completed five deployments and traveled to more than 10 countries, including Germany, Belgium, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria, and the UAE—all while maintaining continuous service without interruption.
